David Greenbaum founded VerdictIntel after winning a civil verdict of his own and discovering that the verdict was the easy part. The court issues a piece of paper and wishes you luck. Defendants relocate. Assets vanish into LLCs and inter-family transfers. A renewal clock starts ticking on a date nobody at the courthouse bothers to tell you about.

David’s response to that experience was to build the firm he wished had existed when he needed it — licensed investigators in every state, court-admissible reports with sourced findings, flat-rate pricing, and a senior reviewer on every case.

Twenty-five years operating businesses in real estate and technology before launching VerdictIntel. That background informs the firm’s two core convictions: that good intelligence work, like a good title search, is structured and sourced — and that the technology around licensed PI work is decades behind where it should be. Every case is intake-screened by a senior reviewer within one business hour of submission. We do not accept engagements where the case looks uncollectible — we will tell you so before you pay. Every report is independently reviewed before delivery. Every engagement is bound by a written NDA.
